DL580 G4 win2k server problem

Hi,
I have a problem with this server when trying to install it with Smart Start 7.8 & 7.9(i try both versions) Blue screen appears with message: "Dumping memory 0000000x0.... etc". And also it report on the blue screen that ntoskrnl.exe and alt.exe are not OK. After that server go down and reboot itself. I try it to finish installation manual without Smart Start, and it finish OK, but after 10-15 days blue screen appears again. Anyone have idea how to resolve this problem??? Does this server support OS Windows 2000 Server???? Also i have connected HP Storage Works Ultrium 960 Tape drive on server. Drivers for win2k server are not good, if you don`t apply two registry files with driver you have blue screen again.

2. Don't you have latest Proliant support pack for W2000 7.6 ?

Hi,
me again, thank you for your answer. I do it like you told me. Put new firmware, new BIOS, new Support pack for win2000,but it wan`t help. When I try it to install operating system with Smart Start(latest version) at finish of installation I get blue screen. When I do the installation on classic way It works fine for 15days after that Windows crashes again with blue screen. I have all error logs in attachment, so you can see what is the problem.
I don`t know anymore what this can be, the server is new. You will see the current configuration in attachment. Maybe is some hardware problem in compatibility with win2k server. I took error logs from HP Management & Diagnostics,and from server BIOS. Please help??

Sorry for my mistake, the log that you have displayed here is an old one, from start smart, before I install new firmware. I put it here by mistake. You should see this one in attachment "iml.html"& "New Rich Text Document.doc". This log that you display here is from start smart support pack ,with old firmware, after I have finished installation of operating system manually. After installation of new firmware that I downloaded from HP site, and new support pack,there were no error logs from installation of drivers. But after 10-15 days system crash on the same way like he crash on installation with Smart Start. Then goes blue screen with message:

NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
*** Address 80432A91 base at 80400000, DateStamp 3d362a77- ntoskrnl.exe Alg.exe
Beginning dump of physical memory...

So this is it, i hope that I give better illustration of my problem. And all other error`s that you can see in file iml.html like for example this one "System Crash - Message : BugCheck, STOP: 0x0000000A (0x00000020, 0x0000001C, 0x00000000, 0x80432DFA)" are generated by blue screen, at the end of message there is ntoskrnl.exe & Alt.exe, one time it was ntfs.sys.
This is it, I hope that someone will have a clue what could be the problem.
