Driver Windows Server 2012

Help! I need to install the network adapter driver on Proliant ML10 Gen9 on Windows Server 2012 R2 Essentials ROK, no driver seems compatible.

I am desperate

Thanks, I was trying to install the drivers in Italian, but they do not work!
