error cmd=11h, err=020h

this is the error i am getting after reseating five 9.1 ultra wide scsi drives in the correct order on a proliant 1600

Hi, this error might be related to a bad array controller. You will want to update the array controller firware Here is the URL where you can find the server model then select the storage controller for the Option rom and the create the diskette for you controller. Hope this help.
