Error EA000 - Could not find valid adapter

I'm tearing what's left of my hair out trying to find a solution to this error. Arcserve has been patched to the latest available, and Netware SP6A was applied just last night. Arcserve was working properly until SP6A was installed. I've tried the NWASPI - CANWPA changeover, but so far no luck. The Tape drive in question is a 15/30 GB DLT.
Also, I read one of the earlier messages in the forum about a similar (if not exact) problem, but with the 12/24 BB Tape Drive. If the fix is the same for my problem, where can I get the CPASCSI.HAM? (I don't have it on my server)
