error performing inpage operation

Ok got a problem, Compaq 8500 server
4 SCSI RAID 5 drives with 2 partitions.
C drive is just fine, we can see it with no problem
However, when we go to view D: it says failed inpage operation.
I opened up the compaq array config util and it said the controller failed, but how can that be if I can still see the C and I believe it only has one controller for the 4 drives!
Any help is MUCH appreciated!

I can map to the drive, from another machine but when I try to connect to it gives me this error.

The 3 primary drives all show green, and the online spare shows no error when I look at the physical drives.
