my ilo firmware version is 2.72 and i want to update to 2.82 but this error is shown
what i must do?

Hi mohammadreza, 
    The correct method is to download the *.scexe file, extract it, you get the .bin file, update the firmware using this file.   Sometimes, if any tiny mistake in this extraction may lead to this error. Please do extraction again. You can refer this link for downloading the *.scexe file.

Before the update, you can try once with latest SPP update. Refer this link for Gen9 servers.

@shiva_jr I done it same way but the error stay shown
Is there another way? or i must repeat this way untill the error doesn't shown and firmware updated?
