ESX Host fails to bootup after esx patch install on a BL465c G5

ESX Host fails to bootup after esx patch install on a BL465c G5

The server fail to boot up successfully. The VMKernal loadup initially but hang when try loading VMKernel bnx2.o.

Think it might related to the patch that just got installed on the esx host.

Does anyone come across this issue?
