ESX Server on DL580G4 unstable and freezes after 5 minutes

The server has been running fine for 3 months but now it freezes up, all VM's stop working so we moved them to another server.

Can't figure out why the ESX server running Linux is so unstable. Anyone has any suggestions?

We ran in to an issue with the fiber cards being in the wrong speed slots. It caused similar issues.
