Eth name identification

Hello, we have a HP ProLiant BL20p G2 Server Blade.
As we're installing VMware on it we need to identify with typical VMware notation (=PCI Bus:Device.Function).
Looking at that from rear panel we have two slots with 4 Eth ports (2 on our left and 2 on our right).
Does anyone know how can we discover which one is 1:1.0 or 1:2.0 or 2:1.0...?
