External Key Management
Tried changing controller and it’s not working as well.
From the System Utilities screen, select System Configuration > HPE MRXXX Gen10+ > Main Menu > Controller Management.
In the Controller Management screen, select Advanced Controller Management.
In the Advanced Controller Management screen, select Enable Drive Security.
For the Key Management Mode, select either Local Key Management (LKM) or External Key Management (EKM).

Re: External Key Management
Hello,
Please disable external key encryption and restart the server, then once again enable it and restart the server and see if it helps.

Is this a new configuration or did it work earlier?
Pls refer to HPE Storage controllers and server: data encryption overview . https://www.hpe.com/psnow/doc/a50006629enw

Re: External Key Management
Hi @BPSingh , this is a new configuration. We have servers that are successfuly integrated with EKM, however only this particular server is having issue. We have swapped controller as well, but it's not helping.
