Fail to boot

A time ago this Server was working, now doesn?t even boot: all hardware was tested (exept PPM and MainBoard) on another (Desktop PC). No sounds,black screen (it?s like than damaged CPU), no POST, nothing: just PowerLed and coolers.
Any idias?

Hi, have you check the power supply and memory (Compaq). If the power supply is good and memory was check as well it might simply be the motherboard.
