Removing a Processor

Can a processor be removed from a dual processor system without having to reload the operating system?
If yes, How?

Yes it can. One thing I will recommended, just in case the HAL becomes corrupted. Run the latest NTSSD and from there install the HAL RECOVERY OPTION.
