Failed to install Sun DLT 4000 Tape Drive

Since the Sun DLT 4000 Tape drive (External) is also in SCSI form factor, why can't I install it in Windows NT 4.0?

The tape drive is recognized as "SUN DLT 4000" but unable to load the driver "dlttape.sys".
