Fan problem

ML530 gives 'error 1611 Fan Controller Failure Detected, Critical Fan Config Error - System will shutdown in 5 seconds'

It is fitted with 1 CPU fan, 1 I/O fan, and 3 drive fans. A single drive cage is fitted, holding 4 x 18.3Gb hot plugs. All fans are showing green light and are spinning. Any ideas?

i solved this by having an engineer replace the system board.
