Firmware cannot update throught ILO

Iam purchsae  brand new ProLiant DL380 Gen10

Download  SPP .iso image file. Then I created SPP bootable USB Pen DriveT

Turn on Server  then Select F11 then Boot from USB bootable pen drive

boot server throught pen drive

after showing Msg error

    Starting initrd...
    Warning !!! Unable to mount the file system [cdrom]
    Warning !!! Unable to mount the file system

    Preboot maintenance mode

    /bin/ash: can't access tty: job control turned off
    #

I am stuck here.  I've found no way to update firmware.

any solutions please give answer.
