Firmware update stuck

Hello,

My ProLiant 20DL is doing his firmware update since 30minutes can there be a problem ? and how would I fix that?

Hi Lukas, 

Please provide the answers to the below questions:

1. How long did it take for the server to complete the firmware update?

2. Which is the Service Pack for Proliant (SPP) being used while updating the firmware?

3. What is the Operating system installed?

4. Are you updating the SPP on this server using the online method or offline method?
