FLR640 SPP Gen10 2023.03 PXE boot

We are using PXE as automated system updater booting SPP over the network.

With the newer SPP we see problems with servers that have a FLR640 network card.

The FLR640 (HPE Eth 10/25Gb 2p 640FLR-SFP28) is not listed as network device . But the onboard 1Gbs nics are.
Without this network adapter the initrd + vmlinux, which are booted through PXE, cannot download the full ISO located on the network.

We had this issue with older SPP but not with 2023 release.  Here is the advisory.

If its not listed as network device:
Is this card compatible with the server model?
Does the card work well for other workloads?
