G10 Server Installation

Dear Members,

I am getting the following message while installing Windows Server 2019 in ML30 Gen10, 

"Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms"

Can anyone help to resolve the issues

Sometimes this error OS not meet minimum requirement.

How many GB RAM currently using?

Is Server 2019 install on physical server or on VM Hyper V?

What is the storage controller used on the server?
