Gen7 microserver no longer displaying/booting

Hello, I have a HPE ProLiant Microserver G7 N36L and a HPE Proliant G7 DL380. I have been trying to move to the smaller microserver but it was lacking RAM. I attempted to swap the ram over (it fit fine) i didn't go over the max 8GB but with the new ram it will no longer display, or boot (its not displaying on the routers connection list) I've checked the VGA to see if its loose, but all seems fine

Hi RSmith_20,

Requesting you to remove and reseat the DIMM properly and check if the server is giving display.

Also try to change the VGA cable and check.

Ensure to use the supported spares as per server quick specs and spare parts document .

If the issue persist ,you may need to log a support case with HPE as need more investigation including log analysis .
