How do I know how many simultaneous video streams server support

Hi I want to know how do I know how many simultaneous video or movies streams a server support I will buy the 

HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 but I want to be able to stream 100 clients how do I know that?

do you use Unicast or Multicast? With Multicast you can Stream nearly infinite...

Thank you for your answer but I got PLEX MEDIA SERVER but I want to know if with this micro server I was able to add 100 users between my family friends and neighbors and they can watch movies at the same time
