How to display ILO firmware version

Hi.

How can I tell which ILO firmware version is on a Proliant DL380 G6 server?

It is not shown on the screen on startup.

I am not using ILO for anything, but a HP advisory (no c01802766) says that the ILO version must be 1.82 or newer to avoid a problem.

You see this during server boot up and from iLO web page.

Currently there is a version 2.04.

On most G6 servers with fairly new BIOS versions the option rom is not shown during POST (ILO, Raid, network, Fiber HBA) unless you press any key when prompted "If you want to see option rom press any key"

Well, to be more specific - Currently there is a version 2.04 for iLO2 on proliants. Other iLOs (RILO and iLO3 or iLO on Integrites have other, non compatible versions).

As said, you can connect to the iLO via browser (from SMH or directly) and you will see the version.

What is the address of the System Management Homepage ? Can I open it in IE on the Server?

Alternatively: Which address should I enter in the browser of a PC connected to the ILO network port, in order to open the ILO interface?

The iLO has an own IP address (visible from SMH too).

The SMH has

http://server_ip:2301
