I have a DL 380 G4 SCSI server, every time when I restart this server its showing error:" 1786-Slot0 Drive array recovery needed" and it starts to Rebuild data.. its happening always when we not touched any disk also. I took down the ADU report attached with this message. I would like to know what and all are the things to be checked in ADU report to find out the issue... could anyone please help me ?

Solution
Hi,
First backup your volumes. After you have verified you have a good backup, you will need to look at disk targets 0, 1 and 3. They are reporting errors, but it could be due to many things:
Target 0 has been hot swapped and is a different firmware version and drive type than the rest. Replace with the same part number and firmware as the other drives; BD1468A4B5, F/W HPB9. Let the volume rebuild.
Smart Array Controller Firmware is old and needs to be updated.
For the other 3 remaining disk drives, their firmware is old and should to be updated to HPBC.
SMART Disk drive errors in slots 1 & 3.
Since these are SMART Predictive errors I would try the firmware updates first, then replace one drive at a time with known good like drives.

Your Smart Array 6i firmware should be at 2.84.
