hp dl 380 error message

my server has finished in windows 2003. its build, when you log on for the first time, and every time there after it always comes up with the message
"cannot install device
HP NC373i virtual bus device
Fatal error during installation"
I am assuming this is the network controller, as no network is available.

what i do ?

Did You install any support pack ?
if not please try to install
