another problem with my old pieces of junk, this time i get fault on try start server:

Sadly i didnt find anything about this code

Both processors ar good, also RAM, Smart array, and NIC

but works only with one processor installed (no matter witch one)

motherboard have failure? any ideas?

As per the diagnostics/minimum configuration you performed, we can suspect the issue to be with CPU slot 2 on board however, we can confirm the same by reviewing the AHS logs.
Please raise a support ticket with HPE and share the logs required.
