HP DL120 gen9 freez on boot witch error 270 iLO FW

My server started to hang after rebooting or losing power on error 270. It helped to disconnect the power and wait a few minutes but it doesn't help now, what else can I do? I can't enter bios or boot menu. In my model, the power supply is not hot swap, I tried to disconnect it from the motherboard but to no avail.

Hello, 

The steps that lead to this problem are listed below:

1. During a UEFI boot, press the F9 key when prompted to enter the System Utilities menu.
2. In the System Utilities menu, select Embedded Applications.
3. In the Embedded Applications submenu, select Integrated Management Log (IML).
4. In the Integrated Management Log (IML) submenu, select View IML.
5. If booting Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, or 2012 R2 with SPP Version 2014.09.0 installed, Windows Server will stop responding while attempting to load.
6. Reboot the server.
7. The server will halt with the "270 - iLO FW Communication Issue" POST error.

Issue is resolved with iLO Firmware and BIOS update.

1. Update the iLO Firmware to revision 2.02 or later.
2. Update the BIOS to Version: 1.20_08-26-2014 or later.
3. If the issue persists, please power down the server and remove PSU and connect it back after 30-60 seconds.

Pressing F9 or F11 or F12 only causes that the given option is highlighted, but is still hanged in the same place.

I removed pci riser and server starts without ilo error!

Solved I left the riser removed and updated the firmware. It looks like it's okay.

I have a similar Problem with my Pro Liant ML150 Gen9 Server: 
My BIOS is from 2014 , I turned the server off yesterday  and wanted to reboot today. 
Same error in the boot sequence as discribed above. 
Unfortunately I dont have the PCI riser installed so I cannot turn it off to solve the problem and get into the boot menue. 
I would be glad about any help today.

I have all these errors at once: 329, 270, 312, 333

and it was problem with loop in network?! Belive or not!
