HP DL160 G6 w/P410i and Server 2016
I have a DL160 G6 with Server 2016 and it has been working great for 5-7 years except now one of the drives crashed and after replacing it the array at first said "recovering" but now says it is "OK" but the OS was damaged and the server will not boot up.
So I thought to reinstall Server 2016 and recover a backup and I set up a USB 2016 install stick and can get through the 1st part of install but I now can't find 2016 drivers for the G6!!! And I can't remember how I got it to work so beautifully before!
Any tips? I have another G8 with server 2019 but I need to restore the 2016 OS and get back my shares and hidden items in order to get at my files.

Re: HP DL160 G6 w/P410i and Server 2016
Hello,
You may refer to the "HPE ProLiant Smart Array HPCISSS3 Controller Driver for 64-bit Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2/2016/2019 Editions" and use it while installing the operating system for HPE ProLiant DL160 Gen8 server.
The HPE ProLiant DL160 G6 server does not appear to support Microsoft Windows Server 2016, meaning a driver for this operating system is not available from HPE for the hardware.
