HP DL180 G6 - Error : 622 Redundant Fan Configuration, Multiple fan failure

Hello Experts,

We have an issue with our HP DL180G6 Server. Recently Motherboard was replaced and after that the problem started.

The system fail on POST and will shutdown automatically with throwing the below error on console.

622-Redundant Fan Configuration, Multiple Fans Failure or Missing
System will shutdown in 15

On physical verification all 8 fans are working (redundant fan cage).

How we can make sure the fan sensor is functioing well? Or can it be a Mother board fault?

I am not able to login to iLO (IP is not configured and not getting nough time for iLO Setup, server stops before that)

Hi,

verify if you have connected all FANs to right connectors on system board:

System fan 1/2 to J63 on the system board
System fan 3/4 to J71 on the system board
System fan 5/6 to J62 on the system board
System fan 7/8 to J68 on the system board
