HP DL380 Gen9 F10 Not Visible
Hi,
I see F9, F11 and F12 while the server is starting. But F10 does not appear. In the menus under RBSU, there is no option to turn on this setting.
I installed 3-4 different versions of Intelligent Provisioning for Gen9, but it still didn't work.

Hi,
I would suggest the following troubleshooting:
Clear NVRAM from System Maintenance Switch, S6, page#94.
If that does not fix, you may Format NAND.

Can you try resetting the BIOS Settings to Default and check?
If the same issue, try reinstall Intelligent Provisioning.

I would say check if any hardware issues, including connections, cables, and installed components.
If you still have the same problem, please contact the HPE support they will be able to help.
