Re: HP DL580 GEN9 Second Backplane
Hello @rabindra11sharm @Suman_1978 !
I am in the same situation, the customer having two 580s Gen9 to upgrade with the secondary (top) backplanes.
I checked the part surfer and the part number seems to be 735520-001, but it came with no cables.
Could you tell if I need the power supply backplane assembly 735526-001 for each server?
The cables ate in the cable package 735515-001 or can be orderd separately ? The service manual specifies the data cable and power cable but with no part numbers for them.
Thank you very much
Costin

Re: HP DL580 GEN9 Second Backplane
Hi @RCostin
I found this info, see if it is helpful:
735520-001: 8-SFF SAS/SATA backplane
735526-001: Power supply backplane assembly (one per server, required if not already installed).
735515-001: Cable kit (contains both power and data cables for backplanes).
You can order these parts directly through HPE or authorized resellers. Alternatively, check with a spare parts supplier if you need only specific cables.
