HP DL585 fans at full speed under Windows2008R2

Hi, I have got an used DL585. I installed Windows 2008R2 Standard edition, and installed everything from PSP (as far as I know). My problem is: The fans are on full speed all the time. It is not a HW problem, because when I boot from SmartStart 8.30x64, after "loading drivers" and "loading application" the fan speed is reduced! What did I miss in my installation???

Which PSP? You should have used v8.30.

Also, on general principles, I'd run the 8.60 firmware CD on it.

Since I have done the installation the day before yesterday and I everything downloaded from HP I used PSP 8.30 and FW-CD 8.60. I am sure that firmware is up to date, but there must be something wrong with drivers/or applications...

OK, I have more details now: When I install PSP 8.30 I cannot install 2 items: "HP Insight Mgmt Agent for Windows Server x64 Editions" and "HP Insight Diag Online Editions for Windows Server x64 Editions" both with "Failed Dependencies", because one of the following is missing: 1) "Advanced System Management Controller Driver" 2) ILO Advanced and Enhanced System Management Controller Driver" 3) "ILO2 Management Controller Driver for Windows". Good, my comments: 1) I cannot find this, it does not exist for Windows 2008 x64?!
2) latest version seems to be 010322.exe. I cannot install "The OS is not supported", I found a lot of older versions for 2008 x64, could not install any of these. 3) for the ILO2: latest driver seems to be cp010914.exe: Cannot install this, too. By the way what is ILO2? My server DL585G1 does not have this at it seems. Any hints for me?
