HP ML150 G6 BIOS recovery ?

Hi,

after flashing the bios with an hp boot-usb-stick the server has no signal on the vga-port and beeps 13 times. That beep should be "ROM image does not match BIOS requirements".

So what can i do to get this bios recovered? i thought the ml150 g6 has an rendundant bios?

Try to install a previous version of BIOS

or try clearing NVRAM

Thanks for your answer but i can´t find the "System Maintenance Switch" in the "ProLiant ML150 G6 Maintenance and Service Guide.pdf" manual?

i also can´t find any procedure for clearing the nvram in the manuals - how is it done?

Check for clearing CMOS/BIOS

i have cleared the cmos/bios by removing the bios battery - i also tried the method of activating the cmos clear jumper...

any other ideas?

Try installing a previous version of BIOS, you can click on revision history on the BIOS download page to get previous version

i don´t know how to downgrade the bios without any signal on screen? There is absolute no signal on the screen... only 13 beeps!

Have you tried to load the server with BMC recovery mode?
