HP ML350 G5,Internal Health LED (Red), All Memory Slots LED (Amber) + Sound

Hi All....

Model: HP ML350 G5

Problem: Internal Health LED=Red Color

                  All Memory Slots LED=Amber Color

                  Cannot boot

                  + Sound when i try to Switch ON the server.

I would like to know what going on for my client's server? What should i do now?

I'm having a similar problem with a DL380 G4. I am able to get the system to boot by taking out some of the memory modules - this might work for you...
