HP Proliant 580 - GPU error code 43

Hi All 

I have HP DL 580 gen. 8 server and troubling with GPU ( Quadro k6000 - oficialy supported )
After installing proper drivers i get warning about error code 43 - in Device manager 

tested with 2 different QUADRO drivers too. it have NOT solved this.  

Whne booting the GPU is working and i can see till the boot to Windows Server 2016. So the card look to be working, unless i boot to Win. 

the power cable is OK, checked even with Voltmeter and all pins give proper Volatage and etc.  

On the Motheboard is a small display with code  d 4. where in the manual can find more specific info on the error codes of this display ?

So will try post as much as possible info on this error code 43 as its very tricky issue adn nothing could help so far. 
searched the web and tested everything what was recomended to do

1. Newest drivers ( tested with latest and even with ones from  2016 ) 
2. restarts....  
3. cable checking - even measured Volatage on the cables = OK 
4. PCI-E slot swaping - if its not somethign wrong with IRQ or etc. 
5. Removed all PCI-E cards from system. 
6. few other options. 

7. when im try to acess the GPU with any  GPU disagnostic tool i get almost instant WHEA INTERNAL error

Can anybody help me to get the ORIGINAL HP DL580/DL585/DL980 G7 Power Cable Kit 631660-B21 kable kit 
Im iN EU - Slovakia. 

My local OFICIAL HP reseller write to me they dont have the cable .
