HP Proliant DL120 G6 Red LED Light Wouldn't stop flashing!

Hi guys

I really would like help on my server that seems to be frezzing during installion or bootup.. sometimes the red back light would be on and sometimes off... the green one would always be flashing even when the server is frozen!!!!!!!
