HP ProLiant DL160 Gen9 Server cannot install Windows Server 2008 R2

hi,

 

i would like to ask, is possible for HP ProLiant DL160 Gen9 Server to install windows server 2008 R2?

because i already try to install, but it stucked on bootup screen loading, cannot enter the windows.

what should i do?
