mouse tracking broken in iLO .NET IRC on iLO FW 2.20

Hi,

I just updated my DL385 Gen8 to latest SPP (06-2015) and now I have later BIOS and later iLO FW (2.20)

I can't seem to make .NET IRC work properly w/ mouse tracking...  there's always a gap and the gap can grow larger depending on where/how you move

I've tried using the "Enable persistent mouse and keyboard" under Power Mgmt -> Power Settings and tried killing and restarting IRC-  didn't help

has anyone seen/noticed this
