hp ProLiant DL360 G4p server reset..

we have 2 hp ProLiant DL360 G4p servers.how we can reset the servers?is there is any swich to reset its motherboard /server ?the server is not powering on...power supplies are fine.

Hi, do you mean reset the NVRAM?
That is done via the System Maintenance Switch, the DIP switch is located next to the RAM modules on the system board.

If the server is not powering on and at the same time the power supplies LEDs are green so it means that the motherboards are faulty and should be changed but before make sure that the hardware configuration is well done (CPU, Memory, ...).

when you press the power button, do you hear any sound from the sevver (fans starting...)?

So i guess it's the mother board that must be changed.

This model also have a "Power converter module". The cause might also be that spare part.
