HP Proliant DL360 Server 2022 ROK

Hi Guys

I am setting up the new server above and I get an error message when trying to install Windows Server 2022

Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms.  Make sure the installation sources are valid and restart the installation.

What I have done up to now
* Set the server up in the rack with power and networking.
* Installed all the drives that came with the server.
* Configured the iLO and confirmed I can access OK.
* Set up RAID with 2 volumes – RAID 0 for the OS (2x 256 Gb SSD) and RAID 6 for the storage (5x 300Gb SAS)

What I have tried
* I have downloaded the ISO from Microsoft numerous times ( I am only able to download the Evaluation edition) and created different bootable USB images using different sticks.
* I have tried going through the Intelligent Provisioning option which updates all the firmware etc before starting the installation.
* I have also tried booting directly from the USB stick.
* I have tried amending the EI.cfg file on the image from EVAL to OEM but this did not work.

How do I get the OS installed please.  I have a DVD that was supplied with the server but no DVD drive in the server.

Hi,

Please mention which Generation of DL360 you have.
Also check if your server supports Server 2022

You cannot use Microsoft official ISO if your licence is ROK. You must use that DVD that came with the ROK licence, put it on a USB or use an external DVD reader.
