HP Proliant Microserver Gen 10 does not boot anymore

My server does not start anymore. It stops at step SMBIOS Table Initialization.

I rebootet abou 10 times.

2 times result was different.

1 time it got further an stopped at step BIOS Configuration Initialization.

1 time I somehow managed (by pressing random keys) to get into Intelligent Provisioning. Health Check there was ok for all components. Continuing booting then stopped at "Starting required devices".

Now, it always stoppes at step SMBIOS Table Initialization.

What else steps can I do to locate the error?

Re: HP Proliant Microserver Gen 10 does not boot anymore

Hello,

You may clear the BIOS settings using the jumpers on the system board and see if it helps.

For this purpose, you may refer to section "Clearing the BIOS settings by using the CMOS header" on page 74 of the HPE ProLiant MicroServer Gen10's Maintenance and Service Guide for the procedure.
