Re: Hp proliant ML110 g6, led amber standby mode
Hi @Anderson11 ,
LED indicator Amber indicates that the server is in standby mode. In this mode, the main power supply output is disabled. Standby does not completely disable or remove power from the system.
Please try the following steps:
- Power Cycle: Disconnect the power cords, hold the power button for 5-10 seconds, and then reconnect the power cords. To fully power down the server, ensure the power LED is off and the fan noise has stopped.
- Check Internal Components: Reseat all internal components and try booting the server.
- If the issue persists, remove all components except the processor and a memory module and check if the server boots.
- iLO: If the server is managed remotely, connect via iLO to see what's happening on the console screen.
- Power Supply: If the server is not powering on at all, check the power supply.
Please refer to HPE ProLiant ML110 G6 Server Maintenance and Service Guide for more information.

Re: Hp proliant ML110 g6, led amber standby mode
Hello,
Check the status of the LED on the system board. In the maintenance and service guide referred to above, on page 110 is a description of the LEDs and their status.
It may help in isolating the issue.
