HP Proliant ML150 G5 trouble with RAID1

Hello all!
I've got 3 servers of that kind and all of them got the same problem.
I setted up a Windows 2003 Server R2 SP2, setted up all drivers, found some unknown devices - NULL INF management controller - setted them up.
My system uses HP Embedded Controller SATA with 4 Sata HDD -> 2 RAID-1, the first one is used by system, the second is for database.

I feel some freezes even when just I work on the console.
I made a performance test, everything is fine, except HDD.
Look at screenshot, i suppose it's not normal on RAID1 with SATA2 HDDs.
Help!
