HP PROLIANT ML350 G9 Fan Noise

HI,

I using this server for one of my client and facing noise issue from fans which are make too much noise speed up and done again and again.

three fans installed fourth not installed.

Fan model no PFR0912XHE-SP00 Spec

i have changed settign form bois to make it optimal cooling and ambent temprature 40C but still noise is there.

1. How many processors are installed in this server?

2. Please share the BIOS and iLO firmware levels of this server. 

3. Has this server been making noise due to the fans from Day 1 or were there any changes made post which this was observed?
