HP service pack for Porliant , can´t install

Hi ,

 

I was stuck at the beginning install HP service pack for Proliant . I have ISO . After run hpsum.bat jumps on the screen this error    https://webshare.cz/file/1o6wo11B5s/hpsumerrorv1-png  .

(i try everything ....  copy iso to hdd , admin rules .... nothing change )

 

What i do wrong ?

Hi,

 

Please specify the SPP version, Server model and Operating system version on which you are installing HP SPP.

looks like a problem with the HP SUM Service Engine which cant mount on the NIC.

 

Is there a NIC active on the server?
