HP Smart Update Manager - Host Skipped Due To Connection Error
When I run HPSUM remotly from my win XP machine I receive the following error - Host Skipped Due To Connection Error.
The server I am trying to update is a proliant ml370 g4.
I can connect fine to our other proliant servers, it is just this one that that errors.
Any Ideas why?

Re: HP Smart Update Manager - Host Skipped Due To Connection Error
Sorted.
I was looking through the HPSumServerW32.log file found at C:\WINDOWS\hpsum_1267616998. And noticed the following errors:
Mar-03-2010 11:41:43 am : RAPIAgent::start : user is (username), domain is , pwd is
Mar-03-2010 11:41:43 am : WinProcess::start : CreateProcessAsUser() starting
Mar-03-2010 11:41:43 am : WinProcess::start : CreateProcessAsUser() no domain
Mar-03-2010 11:41:43 am : WinProcess::start : CreateProcessAsUser() login no domain, pass 0
Mar-03-2010 11:41:44 am : WinProcess::start : LogonUser() error: 1326
Mar-03-2010 11:41:44 am : RAPIException : AgentQuitListener::run : Failed to start agent with user! client ip is IP.ADD.RESS
So when I was asked for the user credentials to connect to the server I added the username like this domainname\username
and it connected first time.
