HPE 631FLR Network Self Test Failed

Hi, I installed a 631FLR | 817709-B21 card on a DL580 G10 server but network self test error for this card failed. the firmware of server is the latest one. what should I do ?

Hello,

In addition to the steps recommended by "Prashanth_K", please review the IP addressing.

If DHCP is enabled, then release and renew the IP address, if static, please verify the IP address, subnet mask and the gateway are configured as specified in network administration for this server.
