hpe dl180 gen9 no physical disk found
Hello, my server does not see the hard drives. I have a Dynamic Smart Array B140i with 2 HPE MB1000GDUNU model hard drives. ILO is at version 2.55.
I updated the firmware to the latest version available, I tried various configurations such as AHCI, legacy etc etc, but the controller does not see the hard drives. Is there anyone with a good heart who can help me? When the server checks the disks, the leds turn on, after a while they turn off and I get the error that the controller needs to be configured.

Re: hpe dl180 gen9 no physical disk found
Hi,
Some checks to perform:
Check Cabling.
Try other drives in the same slots to make sure the issue is not with drive/cage/backplane.

Re: hpe dl180 gen9 no physical disk found
I disassembled and reassembled all the wiring, I double-checked everything, the controller seems to work correctly, but it still doesn't see the disks. I also tried with various discs of different brands. I attach imageimage

Re: hpe dl180 gen9 no physical disk found
Hi,
Need to check if the issue is with cable or the hard drive back plane.
I would suggest logging a support case with HPE for further investigation.
