I update my BIOS version to 2.97, But my HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI version still stay the 1.20.4.1(Only can diagnostic DIMM&HDD)
But I need more function like test CPU、MB...
I want to know if I want to update high version, do I need to buy ILO Advanced?

SolutionHello,
You try the "Embedded Diagnostics" in the UEFI System Utilities. You may refer to section "Launching Embedded Diagnostics" of the UEFI System Utilities user guide for steps to access it.
