HPE DL560 G10 Auto Power-off after 1 hourse
Hi All,
I just implemented a new system. My system is as follows:
- Hardware: HPE DL560 G10
- Software: WindowServer 2019 (Not Active yet)
The system is being automatically Power-off after about 1 hour with Event log as follows:
- Power-On signal sent to host server by: Administrator.
- Server reset.
Details as attached pictures.
Hope to get help from everyone
Regards

Re: HPE DL360 G10 Auto Power-off after 1 hourse
Hi,
Is this a DL360 or 560?
You can try the following to see what is causing the fault:
Keep the server switched ON in BIOS/DOS/Intelligent Provisioning, this will tell if the restart is being caused by Hardware or Windows server.
Try with a different power supply which is compatible with the server.
While replying with your findings, please mention the correct server model, its bios version and iLO version.
Thank You!

Re: HPE DL560 G10 Auto Power-off after 1 hours
Dear Suman_1978,
Thanks for your respond. I updated the system information as follows:
- Model: HPE DL560 G10
- Bios Version: v2.68
- ILO Version: v2.72
I have setup to keep the server switched ON in BIOS/DOS/Intelligent Provisionin. The system still Power-off after 1 hour with same log as before.
