HPE DL580 G7
i have a HPE DL580 G7 but it won't fire up? i have a amber power light and on the little panel there is a red light flashing after i have pressed the power on but no life coming from it whatsoever, could you shed any light on it, i have changed 2 of the PSU' out the 4 as they didn't work in one of my other 850 there are no other lights showing or flashing on the little panel i just have amber power light showing and red flashing light and the green light at the rear of the PSU's don't light up either?
i bought this of ebay and the guy selling it wrote a description saying it was in good working order and when it arrived this morning i found it not to work at all. i really annoyed
so im hopeing that it might not be anything serious and it can be fixed as the guy is now ignoring me when i ask for my money back of course.
any help would be really appreciated
thanks

Re: HPE DL580 G7
Hi,
I would suggest a basic troubleshooting like, starting the server with bare minimum configuration.
Here are some guides which may help you:
