ERROR: We couldn't find any drives. To get a storage driver, click load driver.
I've tried to install Windows Server 2019 from USB flash drive and am getting no drives available. I've tried multiple RAID configurations (have 4 drives). We have two servers, one RAID 10 config and OS went fine and the other no drives detected.
Within Intelligent Provisioning, I see no RAID configuration option and show no array configured.
Within System Utilities, I'm able to set RAID to STORAGE SLOT 12 HPE MR416i-aGen10+ and see all 4 drives.
I've updated to latest system ROM U46 v1.90.

Re: HPE Proliant DL360 Gen10 Plus unable to see drives during OS installation
Hello,
The Smart Storage Admin (SSA) within Intelligent Provisioning (IP) does not support MR controllers. This supports the SR controllers. If you upgrade the version of IP on the server to the latest you should have the MR configuration option. You should stil be able to configure this controller using the option in the F9 utilities during POST, even without updating IP.

Re: HPE Proliant DL360 Gen10 Plus unable to see drives during OS installation
@thutchings Having issues updating IP. I have Intelligent Provisioning recovery media ISO on flash but can't figure out how to utilize it.
F9 System Utilities - I seem to be able to do everything except then get windows to see drives during OS install.

SolutionHello,
If the array is configured using the F9 ROM based tool and the logical drive is not seen during the Windows install, then it may require specifying the driver. Have you put the driver on a USB key or virtual folder (in iLO) and specifying it during the install?

Re: HPE Proliant DL360 Gen10 Plus unable to see drives during OS installation
I believe I needed to install
HPE Smart Array S100i SR Gen10 SW RAID Driver for Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019
I was able to update to cp052315.exe. Still unable to see drives when installing Windows Server 2019 from USB Stick.
It seems as though my four drives are attached to Storage Slot 12 : HPE MR416i-a Gen10+ and not Embedded Storage : HPE SR100i Gen10+ SW RAID thus when setting up RAID10 I can't do it on SW RAID.
Thoughts?
